1. What are the risk involved in Stock Investment?
There are risks inherent in any investment activities, including investment in the Shares.
Gain and Loss could have occurred due to the rapid movement of prices on the Stock Exchange.
Losses to investor's initial capital may also occur, therefore we recommend to first consult your investment advisor before start investing.
2. What are the standard for Security and Confidentiality of the Data
Customer has the option to make transactions through HOTS and MTS.
We have implemented high security transaction system to protect the data.
However, we still recommend the our Customer to maintain the confidentiality of your User ID, Password and PIN and regularly change their Passwords and PINs to avoid any fraud.
3. How is the process to input Order/Instruction until?

Each Customer is required to login HOTS and MTS using their User ID and Password.
If the Customer wants to make a deal or open personal information, then the Customer will be requested to enter their PIN.
Once the PIN is verified by the system, the Customer can send orders through the system.
Please choose BUY or SELL, enter the desired code Stock Code and its price and volume.
If there are sufficient funds and stocks in a Customer's Securities Account then the Customer orders will be sent to our server and forwarded to the Stock Exchange Trading System.
Stock Exchange Trading System will then respond the received Orders by sending a confirmation of the order status.
4. What should we do if there is a abnormality in the Online Trading System?
PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia has prepared a reliable Trading System and Back Up System that are always ready to perform Share Transaction.
We also have obtained the Certification from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the required BCP procedure.
In the event that all of our Trading Systems are down, Customer still can do Offline Trading by contacting our Call Centre
5. What should we do to make sure that our Order/Instruction has been
submitted to Exchange's Trading System?
We will try our best to deliver every Order which have passed our verification to the Stock Exchange Trading System.
We recommend customer to always check the Order Status after placing each Order.
